CAVS SONG CHECKER

Version 1.0.0.18

March 2026

CAVS Song Checker analyzes your karaoke library by scanning each song file to verify its format and ensure compliance with the original FFMPEG industry standard. It will detect the broken and corrupt song files that will not play or cause the karaoke player to crash.

For added convenience, the program runs in batch mode, allowing you to scan multiple folders at once and detect songs in CD+G, MP3, MP4, MPG, and AVI formats.

You can be assured that any song that is found OK in the CAVS Song Checker will play properly in karaoke players. The results can be viewed on screen or saved for future reference, according to your needs.

For users of CAVS karaoke players, the CAVS Song Checker includes an additional feature to check the integrity of playlists. It verifies that each song listed in the playlists is correctly linked to its actual file path in the player, preventing selected songs from failing to play.
